We're excited to welcome Anastasia again, to learn about her most recent advancement to American Girl and the VP of Human Resources and Asset Protection.

Anastasia Falconio is the Vice President of Human Resources and Asset Protection for American Girl, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mattel Inc.  She is an experienced human resource professional as well as an attorney.   Anastasia has been responsible for global human resource teams and employee health and safety teams and worked for companies such as Caterpillar Inc., Caesars Entertainment, and the Walt Disney Company. 

Anastasia has a passion for developing people, culture, and inclusion strategies for business.  She believes that employers who encourage and accept employees to bring their authentic self to work prosper.  She is a well-rounded head of human resources and knows that human resources is a strategic business which helps businesses thrive.

The Illini Women's Networking Group is a group designed to highlight the women in leadership that graduated from the University of Illinois and to create an open and collaborative networking environment. Our goal is to connect and inspire all interested people throughout Chicagoland through peer networking.
